TX Gin is enriched with the fragrant flowers of the elderberry and the tasty orange berries of the sea buckthorn. Elderberry used to be planted near farms to ward off evil spirits and sea buckthorn is common along the west coast of Texel. Juniper is also strongly present in this gin.
