Of course it can happen that your order does not meet your expectations. In that case you can return it to us free of charge and within 14 days.

How do I return my item?

During the shipment of your order, you received an email with a track and trace code. If you click on the shipping link, a new screen will open in which you can create a return label at the bottom right.

  1. Download the return label
    Click on the button to create and download the return label. You can print the return label with any standard printer.
  2. Prepare package for shipping
    Pack the order carefully and attach the return label visibly to the package. Make sure there is something in the box that says your name and whether you want to exchange or return the order.
  3. Drop off at a PostNL location
    Return the ready-to-ship return package to a PostNL location. You no longer have to pay for sending the package at the service point.

Which items cannot be returned?

Still not satisfied with our drink? Or did a bottle break during transport? That is annoying and we are going to do something about it! You can cancel your ordered drink within 14 days, or in other words: revoke. This right applies within a period of 14 days after the day on which you received the drink from us. After the revocation notice, you have 14 days to return the drink. After your revocation, you will receive your money back as soon as possible, but no later than within 14 days. Already opened bottles (wine of which the seal has been broken after delivery) can no longer be returned. For health reasons, we cannot take back these bottles. Bottles with 'cork' are an exception.

Refund

We need some time to process your return. Once your returned order has been received by us, we will check the details and you will receive your money back within 30 days in the same way as you paid in our webshop.
Can I exchange an order?

If you want to exchange your order for another product, that is of course also possible. In this case, put a note in the box of your return package, on which you clearly indicate which product you would prefer to receive.

How do I place an order?

  • Place the desired products in your shopping cart.
  • Click on your shopping cart and proceed to checkout.
  • Fill in your details and choose a payment method. Place the order.

And then?

All orders placed before 15:00 will be shipped the same day. All orders above €45,- will be shipped for free. We ship with PostNL.
