The Texel Beer Brewery in Oudeschild is known for its award-winning Texel beers. The Texel brewery can be visited on the island and you can also go there for a tour inside the brewery. Perhaps nice to know, is that since 2020 the brewery has been taken over by Heineken.

Surely the best known Texel beer is the Texel Skuumkoppe. Skuumkoppe is a delicious top-fermenting dark wheat beer. This beautiful Texel beer glass also bears the name 'Skuumkoppe' and has the original logo of the Texel beers. If you want to keep the Texel logo on this glass in good shape, do not put the Texel beer glasses in the dishwasher.
